I met Dr. Jackie Lyons under far-from-ideal circumstances during an emergency ER visit after my four-year-old needed nine stitches right above eye from a fall. After multiple ER doctors said they weren’t comfortable, Dr. Lyons - the on-call plastic surgeon—was called in.
