I had the unfortunate urgent need for Dr. Chang’s expertise as a result of a couple of Mohs surgeries. Without revealing too much personal information, I had an immediate need & Dr Chang was able to help me fairly soon after my initial consultation.
In July 2025, I came to Columbia Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (CAPS) for a consultation. I met with Dr. Chang, he had a Resident Doctor with him (I granted permission for her to sit through the visit). He explained the procedure I would receive and what would be done to correct it. He answered all my questions.
The first word that comes to my mind for Columbia Aesthetic Plastic Surgery is "extraordinary." I was referred to this practice by my dermatologist after skin cancer removal from my nose required reconstructive surgery — a frightening situation, to say the least.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Chang, Josephine and the rest of the staff from start to finish. The entire team was professional, compassionate, and incredibly attentive. From my initial consultation, I felt heard, respected, and never rushed.
