I’ve been here twice and have had a great experience both times. Annie Dai is very knowledgeable, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visits. She explained things clearly and never made me feel rushed.
I was amazed at how beautiful and clean the office was. I was taken back on time and met Dr. Dai’s assistant who was very professional and took all necessary information from me. Dr Dai came within a matter of minutes and was so assuring in her knowledge of my condition. I would highly recommend this practice.
Very easy to find. Filled paperwork out online. Everyone was professional, nice and helpful. Dr. Kendall Smith and his Assistant Kenny answered questions and explained things to me. So gentle and unassuming. Dr. Kendall had a good personality and winning smile.
I can't remember her name but the PA-C iis just so loving and caring. The support staff down to the front office personnel were very nice and professional. Easy to find. Not too far to go.
