In looking for the perfect cosmetic surgeon, it's clear to see that these negative reviews are from FAKE accounts / people who have never really interacted with this business. Dr. Younai and his staff are very nice, attentive and professional. Ms. Alisa is just awesome. I had surgery a few months ago.

I went to Dr. Younai for reconstructive surgery on my nose after Mohs surgery that my dermatologist performed.
