Great first time experience! All of the medical staff were very attentive and reassuring! I was very hesitant about getting the epidural injection, but Dr Williams put at ease yesterday on our first appointment that I was compelled to have the procedure done the today! I was admitted to Brand Surgical Institute today for a PRP PROCEDURE injection administrated by Dr. Grand Williams. He did wonderful job. It was very calming procedure because Dr. Grand explained step by step what he was doing. I was glad because l have tendency to "freak out " due to my anxiety. I felt safe.
This place exceeds my expectations by far! I was in so much agony and felt like a complete mess because of the previous accident I had. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind and friendly. I had a complete vital check. The doctor reviewed the data the nurse had collected before coming in to evaluate me.
