Epic Doctor and wonderful staff! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Shaffer. Dr. Shaffer is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also kind, patient, and truly listens to concerns. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and ensure that I feel comfortable with my treatment plan.
Dr. Schaffer is a wonderful surgeon and due to his good work my healing process has been great. Both Dawn and Nicole are phenomenal and were always accommodating whenever I needed assistance. Very fortunate to have such a wonderful team for this process.
This doctor is so kind and generally concerned about his patient you can see in his mannerism he's kind he's gentle he sympathetic he's understanding the staff in that office is also the two kindest woman I've ever met in a doctor's office thank you Dr Schaefer for taking such good care of me.
