About this practice
From the reviews
The level of customer service has been outstanding. From Day one of my consultation, I knew this was the place for me to do my procedure. The staff is fantastic, and Dr. Timmons was very engaged with me. He was there every time I had a question or concern.
I have been very impressed with all of the staff members I have interacted with at Piedmont Plastic Surgery. I have been treated with kindness; they have advocated for me receiving the optimal treatment when insurance was difficult. My experience is being valued and taken care of by all.
Dr Tmmons Nurse was the nicest nurse I have ever been around! She was so good with my 89 year old Mom… she explained in great length everything she was doing and was going to do and kept asking Mom if she was OK…. Just a super person!
Dr Benson was not only wonderfully kind. But as always so professional. The anesthesiaologist was super kind and made me feel at ease before being put to sleep. The staff from the entrance were kind. Everyone on the nursing team were professional and very kind. I would recommend you guys to anyone. Blessing to all.
Researching a tummy tuck?
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is major surgery with real risks and a recovery that usually runs several weeks — this page is a starting point for finding a surgeon, not medical advice. The most useful next step is a consultation, where a surgeon reviews your health history, examines you, talks through your options, and gives a personal quote. Bring questions and don't rush the decision.
Questions worth asking: Are you board-certified in plastic surgery (and can I verify it)? Where would you operate, and is the facility accredited? Can I see before-and-after photos of your own patients? What are the risks and the realistic recovery timeline for me? What's your revision policy if something needs adjusting? Whatever a listing says, always verify certification directly with the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) at abplasticsurgery.org, and discuss your candidacy, risks, and recovery with the surgeon.
