"Dr. Yang came to me at 2 am on May 16, 2003 from his home in Maryland to Fairfax Hospital. I had been thrown from a car in an accident where my vehicle hydroplaned into oncoming traffic. I was driving and was thrown through the passenger window. My face was lacerated, and Dr.
