We enjoyed our visits w/Dr. Krutchik. He was always very sociable, timely, upbeat, very courteous, compassionate, & making us feel very comfortable! He was especially caring when explaining what my wife was to expect during her surgery.
Bay Dermatology is a fabulous place to have any dermatological issues and needs met. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I had Alex and Clarissa today and they were professional, friendly, and encouraging as they helped me with my skin issues. I will definitely be back.
It was our first visit and everyone was very professional. The staff was welcoming and encouraged questions and discussions. The office was clean and organized. There was a bit of a wait but not sure if it was an isolated event or the normal. I would however recommend them.
My son saw Dr Clarissa Malafonte. From start to finish she was so great with him. She was very patient with him, answered all his questions and made him feel comfortable. Also her nurse (I forgot her name unfortunately) she was so great with him as well. So sweet.
