From the reviews
On my first visit to Dr. Maggi's I was very excited but extremely nervous. Dr. Maggi and his staff made me feel very comfortable and treated me with dignity and respect. My mind was further put to ease on the day of my surgery. The staff was very warm and friendly and highly competent. They treated me like a queen! Dr.
I highly recommend Dr. Maggi. I had several breast augmentation consultations in the Austin, TX area and Dr. Maggi stood out from all the rest. He answered questions, he asked questions, he was really focused on me and giving me the results I expected. Which he did! I am 100% satisfied with the outcome of my surgery.
I was referred to DR Maggi from a friend. After visiting several doctors I decided to go with DR Maggi. He was very straight forward and told you what he recommends and what he thinks is too much. I also like that he was part of the consultation instead of just talking to nurses.
I asked Dr. Maggi to perform liposuction on my abdomen, flanks, inner thighs, outer thighs, knees, and arms. The price was absolutely worth it. The thing I appreciated most about Dr.
Researching a tummy tuck?
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is major surgery with real risks and a recovery that usually runs several weeks — this page is a starting point for finding a surgeon, not medical advice. The most useful next step is a consultation, where a surgeon reviews your health history, examines you, talks through your options, and gives a personal quote. Bring questions and don't rush the decision.
Questions worth asking: Are you board-certified in plastic surgery (and can I verify it)? Where would you operate, and is the facility accredited? Can I see before-and-after photos of your own patients? What are the risks and the realistic recovery timeline for me? What's your revision policy if something needs adjusting? Whatever a listing says, always verify certification directly with the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) at abplasticsurgery.org, and discuss your candidacy, risks, and recovery with the surgeon.
