The one of staff didn’t like to write down when I didn’t understand her. She assumed that I understood her. She kept saying that my eyes are normal but I know that my vision is bad. I had to ask my physician abt it. He said my eye pressure is normal.
Dr Hosler is great, a real professional and knowledgeable. I've been his patient for many years. He has taken good care of my eyes. His staff is excellent, took care of pre exam procedures and all paperwork.
The staff were very friendly and attentive to patient needs. Wait time was longer than I expected. I had to wait nearly an hour before I was called. When you're a senior every minute counts.
