I went in to see about a getting a mastectomy(top surgery) and from the moment I met him I knew he was confident in helping me. Which in turn made me confident in trusting him. They were always in constant communication with me regarding letters, insurance and making my appointments work around my schedule.
My four year old was referred to Dr. Kumpf to have two spots removed-one on his face and one on his back. We met with the doctor for a consult prior and he was very patient and answered all of my questions.
Doctor Kumpf is a great surgeon. He really cares about his work and patients. He did not make me feel like an idiot when I was scared about small things (or bigger things). He is calm and confident, friendly and respectful. I absolutely and highly recommend him.
Dr. Kumpf is by far the best surgeon I could have asked for to treat my wife. He alleviated all our fears especially hers and helped her through it with a gentle demeanor, she is healing up so beautifully he definitely went above and beyond.
