We were seen in a timely manner. Doctor Brock was very nice and explained everything. Surgery was done quickly and neatly. Office staff very nice. Even had an after hours number to call if needed and the Dr. ACTUALLY called back HIMSELF within minutes. Unheard of. Highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Wade Brock was just the surgeon I was looking for! He is friendly, caring, knowledgable, experienced, and truly concerned for my well-being and satisfaction. Also, his staff is just as wonderful as he is! I am super pleased with my results and would see him again without reservation.
Dr. Brock and his nurse, Amanda, were amazing. Amanda made sure my eye was completely numb before my eye procedure. I felt absolutely no pain (except for the little pinch from the clamp). Each of these professionals shared with me what was about to happen before they did anything to me.
I had an upper eyelid lift for medical purposes, I could not see because my eyelids were so droopy. I met with Dr. Brock and he was amazing. His bedside manner is great. I had surgery October 9. Today is the 18th. I have a little bit of lid swelling but I didn’t turn black or blue.
