From the reviews
I couldn’t be more pleased with my breast reduction surgery. Even though I’m only one week postop and still healing, I’m very happy with the outcome. What I didn’t expect and what I especially want to share is how empowering this experience was with Dr Colwell.
Dr Colwell and her nurses and admin team are fantastic. My results from my double mx with direct to implant surgery are amazing, completed Feb 2021. They look fantastic. I wish her office would incorporate Resensation techniques (please google) soon as well as diep flap options soon.
I've been going to Dr Colwell since 2021 for multiple surgeries. I had major weightloss and underwent a full lower body lift, tummy tuck, breast lift, arm lift, back lift. Most recently I went back for liposuction of my knees, arms and low back.
Dr. Colwell and all her staff are impeccable. I have had multiple procedures with her and I could not be more pleased with my results! I had lost over 100 lbs so consequently I had a lot of excess skin. With Dr.
Researching a tummy tuck?
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is major surgery with real risks and a recovery that usually runs several weeks — this page is a starting point for finding a surgeon, not medical advice. The most useful next step is a consultation, where a surgeon reviews your health history, examines you, talks through your options, and gives a personal quote. Bring questions and don't rush the decision.
Questions worth asking: Are you board-certified in plastic surgery (and can I verify it)? Where would you operate, and is the facility accredited? Can I see before-and-after photos of your own patients? What are the risks and the realistic recovery timeline for me? What's your revision policy if something needs adjusting? Whatever a listing says, always verify certification directly with the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) at abplasticsurgery.org, and discuss your candidacy, risks, and recovery with the surgeon.
