I went to Dr Loutfy because everyone I know that had a BA that I liked went to him. Not only did I like him but I LOVED his staff they were so helpful before my surgery, during and even months after, checking up on me constantly. Joy my nurse was perfect.

Dr. Loutfy performed my upper blepharoplasty in his office. It was a painless procedure. His staff applied some medication that numbed the area so when he injected the lidocaine I didn't even feel it. On the second eye I started to feel something and he immediately took care of it with some more numbing medication.
