From the reviews
I would recommend ANYONE to Dr. Afifi for a breast surgery. I just got a breast reduction and it turned out absolutely perfect! He really listened to my needs and informed me of all my options. He kept telling me he was there to listen to me because it was my body.
Dr. Afifi was the absolute best! Just had my reduction 10/26/20. He answered every question during consult appointment 1 and told me so much information about the procedure that I didn’t even think to ask. He is super thorough and you can tell he wants the best for his patients.
Dr. Afifi is amazing. He listened to all of my concerns, and explained every part of my breast lift procedure. His surgical techniques left minimal scarring and he accomplished the look I wanted! I definitely recommend him.
Dr Afifi is amazing! His attention to detail & the artistry of his work is incredible. Behind every great plastic surgeon is a staff that shines. Molly, PA & Lyv, his assistant created a supportive, welcoming environment and knew exactly how to take care of my anxious moments.
Researching a tummy tuck?
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is major surgery with real risks and a recovery that usually runs several weeks — this page is a starting point for finding a surgeon, not medical advice. The most useful next step is a consultation, where a surgeon reviews your health history, examines you, talks through your options, and gives a personal quote. Bring questions and don't rush the decision.
Questions worth asking: Are you board-certified in plastic surgery (and can I verify it)? Where would you operate, and is the facility accredited? Can I see before-and-after photos of your own patients? What are the risks and the realistic recovery timeline for me? What's your revision policy if something needs adjusting? Whatever a listing says, always verify certification directly with the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) at abplasticsurgery.org, and discuss your candidacy, risks, and recovery with the surgeon.
