About this practice

From the reviews
The staff at Advanced Dermatology provided excellent care and service to me before, during and after my visit. The doctor and nurse were both friendly and knowledgeable. I felt welcome. I felt like they actively listened to me. They explained everything in a way I could understand.
We, my husband and I are very happy with the results virgilio has had. He only gets very little on top of his head but not like it use to be. Thank you Dr. B. We're very proud of you. We have been fortunate to have had doctors that are very good with us and have helped us so much Thank you so much.
The office is always nice and the doctors are always courteous. But if you need a prior authorization on a medication, or a referral, the process is highly frustrating with Advanced Dermatology in Ocala.
They all seemed to care. My original appointment was moved forward to my delight. The intake went quickly, once in the exam room everyone was kind, helpful and gentle. Informing me every step of the way what was happening & what to expect. The one weakness is the appointment system.
Researching a tummy tuck?
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is major surgery with real risks and a recovery that usually runs several weeks — this page is a starting point for finding a surgeon, not medical advice. The most useful next step is a consultation, where a surgeon reviews your health history, examines you, talks through your options, and gives a personal quote. Bring questions and don't rush the decision.
Questions worth asking: Are you board-certified in plastic surgery (and can I verify it)? Where would you operate, and is the facility accredited? Can I see before-and-after photos of your own patients? What are the risks and the realistic recovery timeline for me? What's your revision policy if something needs adjusting? Whatever a listing says, always verify certification directly with the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) at abplasticsurgery.org, and discuss your candidacy, risks, and recovery with the surgeon.
