I had a wonderful experience at my dermatology appointment. I went in to have a fibroma removed and was feeling a little nervous, but the entire staff immediately put me at ease. Everyone was kind, professional, and reassuring. A special thank you to PA Mallory Sheridan, who was absolutely amazing.
I had my first visit at Advanced Dermatology on June 1st and I have to say I would recommed this if you want professional staff and Doctors that take biopsies and send out and check for different things the biggest for me was cancer on my ear. I did see Mallory Sheridan and I liked her knowledge and compassion.
I felt the PA was very thorough, and her assistant was very helpful. Also, the receptionist was very nice. I was afraid of the procedure, and the PA and assistant were very understanding, and I was able to get through it. It really wasn’t bad.
Front desk was wonderful, very welcoming and helpful. Dr Sheridan and assistant have amazing bedside manner, very prompt, very informative, I had a lot of questions and never felt rushed. I Highly recommend her! Had an unexpected minor procedure done and it was painless. Dr Sheridan was so comforting. Great experience.
