I want to share my excellent experience with Dr. Pino. My appointment was scheduled for 10am I had a full body scan exam, and was treated for a pre cancerous spot on my cheek. He discussed all my concerns patiently. Best of all I was exiting the clinic at 10:16. Wow!
I had the privilege of being cared for by Bailey Alai. Bailey was absolutely amazing! Very kind, caring, and understanding. Thank you Bailey Unfortunately, there seems to be a communication problem in the Cape Coral office.
Been to a few dermatologist and by far this place is amazing from making my appointment to being welcomed in at time of checking in. I showed up for my appointment on time and sure enough they called me right in. The staff was friendly and did their job according, the Doctors should be very happy with their staff.
Love Steph and always great to have her take care of me and my needs!! Also it appears that there has been a positive improvement on the handling of check in, knowledge of patient insurance and copays and informing me upfront, scheduling of appointments and checkout!!
