About this practice
What patients say again and again
“Staff are professional and friendly.”
From the reviews
In 2022 I was having massive nose bleeds. I was sent to this office from the ER. They were able to figure out what was the problem, and do the surgery needed to fix my nose bleeds. I have not had a nose bleed since. It was a wonderful professional office that did their best to help me out. A big thank you to Dr.
Dr. Ashby did my son’s surgery last year and I was overall happy with the whole experience. I felt confident that my son was in good hands and that was of utmost importance to me. I have recently seen Dr. Melder myself and have been extremely happy. Dr. Melder is so kind and takes his time with exams and discussions.
From the time of being referred for my daughter’s enlarged tonsils to her having them taken out with Dr Ashby, my experience with this office has been great. They were prompt to schedule me after receiving the referral, were able to get us seen within a couple of weeks, and a plan of action put into place by Dr Ashby.
(This review is from a patient that was unable to post herself) Procedure was quick and pain free and did not have to go to hospital. Procedure took care of several issues that I had going on. Staff worked through red tape and Dr. Ashby was highly competent.
Researching a tummy tuck?
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is major surgery with real risks and a recovery that usually runs several weeks — this page is a starting point for finding a surgeon, not medical advice. The most useful next step is a consultation, where a surgeon reviews your health history, examines you, talks through your options, and gives a personal quote. Bring questions and don't rush the decision.
Questions worth asking: Are you board-certified in plastic surgery (and can I verify it)? Where would you operate, and is the facility accredited? Can I see before-and-after photos of your own patients? What are the risks and the realistic recovery timeline for me? What's your revision policy if something needs adjusting? Whatever a listing says, always verify certification directly with the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) at abplasticsurgery.org, and discuss your candidacy, risks, and recovery with the surgeon.
